If you have not called the Audio Response system since June 1, 2002, the menu has changed. On your first call, you will be prompted through a series of steps to establish a new pin number. You will need to know your Account number and your Social Security number. Once your pin is established, you can proceed to the menu options below. On your next call, you will need only your account number and your pin.
